服务于加快建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地，促进人才区域合理布局和协调发展，着力形成人才国际竞争的比较优势，围绕京津冀国际人才服务协同发展，北京海外学人中心联合天津市科学技术局、河北省科学技术厅、河北省人力资源和社会保障厅等单位，共同打造京津冀国际青年人才“双百”对接（GT²HR）平台，旨在搭建国际高水平人才、优秀外籍青年人才与京津冀地区重点高校、科研院所和科创企业之间的职业发展“快车道”。GT²HR即Global Talents to Human Resources，将在国际人才与用人单位之间架起高速通道，以平方级服务效能为国际人才发展赋能。

Serving to move faster to build world hubs for talent and innovation, promote better distribution and balanced development of talent across regions, and strive to build up our comparative strengths in global competition for talent, the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, in collaboration with the Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, focusing on the coordinated development of services for international talents in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, have organized the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Recruitment Fair for Global Talents(GT²HR) with the aim of building a “fast track” of career development between international high-level talents as well as outstanding international students and the region’s top universities, research institutes and science and technology innovation enterprises. GT²HR, or Global Talents to Human Resources, will set up a high-speed channel between international talents and employers, and empower international talent development with exponential service efficiency.

    The Chinese platform went live on a trial basis

  • 全线启动

    The GT2HR Recruitment Fair for Global Talents kicked off

    启动会以线上线下相结合的方式举行，各合作单位和在京外籍青年人才代表参会，北京日报、北京青年报、光明日报、北京头条、学习强国等重要媒体高度关注并进行报道。

    The launch ceremony was held both online and offline. A number of cooperating organizations and young expats living in Beijing attended the event. Well-known media organizations such as Beijing Daily, Beijing Youth Daily, Guangming Daily, Beijing Toutiao and xuexi.cn covered the event.

    The Chinese platform upgraded

    呈现全平台蓝色一体化风格，实现中英双语简历填报、企业邮箱直投等功能。入驻国际岗位数达232个。

    Using a blue color scheme, the platform has a wide range of features and currently offers 232 global positions. Candidates can fill in their Chinese and English resumes and directly send them to the organizations they are interested in.

  • 举办“校企连线”

    The “Career Talk & Matchmaking Event” was held

    来自清华、北航、北工大、对外经贸等在京高校的国际学生，以及世界各国的优秀外籍青年共900余人与在京知名机构、头部企业通过视频连线“面对面”，中国日报社、字节跳动、小米集团携101个国际人才岗位参加。

    The event brought together more than 900 excellent young people from different countries, including international students from Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of Technology, the University of International Business and Economics and other universities in the capital city. They talked with representatives of a number of prestigious organizations and industrial leaders via video link. China Daily, ByteDance and Xiaomi Corporation offered a total of 101 positions.
