Tianjin Binhai Foreign Language School is a modern, international 12-year public school approved by the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission and jointly established by the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Management Committee and Tianjin Foreign Studies University. At the school, all the students are enrolled nearby. The school began its preparatory work for establishment in 2011 and began to enroll students in 2012.
